Susana Carmona is a Spanish neuroscientist who studies how pregnancy and motherhood change the brain. She founded Neuromaternal, a research lab based in Madrid, and is the author of A Mother's Brain: The New Science of the Neuro-Maternal Revolution, published in English by MIT Press in October 2026.
